Shipping policy

COVID-19 could affect the delivery of your package and cause unexpected delays.

Standard shipping is via Canada Post Expedited Parcel & Tracked Packet (US) services. We reserve the right to ship via an alternate method to avoid or reduce delays.

Most orders are processed in 1-3 days; however, stock availability, holidays and other factors may extend this time.

Order fulfillment status can be viewed from within your account. Tracking numbers are provided and customers should contact couriers directly for shipment enquiries.

Ontario

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. A flat rate of $19.99 is charged for orders less than $100.

Rest of Canada

A flat rate of $19.99 is charged for all orders.

United States

Orders are shipped by Canada Post Tracked Packet service. Rates are calculated at the time of checkout.

Canadian Home Healthcare is not responsible for any customs taxes or duties incurred. 

International Orders (outside of North America)

Canadian Home Healthcare does not ship internationally.
